I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I recently entered the wonderful world of Motherhood and am feeling so blessed. I can kinda relive my childhood luvs now that Piper is here. What can I say, I am a "big-kid" at heart! I sitll love to break out my crayons and coloring books, still love legos and playdoh, cherish the cartoon characters that I gre up with such as Strawberry Shortcake, Thundercats, She-ra, Care Bears, My Lil Pony, Rainbow Brite, etc... I absolutely love Hanna-Barbara cartoons and must admit still love watching cartoons and a lil Sesame Street from time to time.I am born on a cusp, the cusp of Aries and Taurus. I get the pleasure of enjoying traits of each sign. Stubborn, Loyal, Argumentative, Social, etc.... I am truly a fit to the characteristics that both signs bestow.I enjoy odd and original items, music, film, books, etc... Some People think I am eccentric and that is probably true.Wedding plans have now been set to May 31st 2008. The next big change in my life..becoming Mrs. Bleau Waugh. My name is gonna sound so funny "Shawna Lee Waugh" Kinda sounds oriental, LOL.

My Interests

Environmentalist, Occult, Mystical, folklore, etc... I love to contribute and help those who are not as fortunate as me i.e. homeless people, donations to the food bank, helping charities, etc.. I am very interested in mysticism, wiccan literature, ancient civilizations, any thing regarding history..I luv history, actually I have a wide range of interests. Learning to read Tarot Cards, relaxing with a good book, making candles, any outdoor activity and playing with my Pit Bull dogs Gypsie, Onyx and Dixie. I am very concerened about environmental issues.I love Van Gough artwork, Salvador Dali, and a wide range of artists. I love the freedom of expression that it provides.

I'd like to meet:

Such a hard question to answer for me. So many individuals I would love to meet. I would love to own a time machine for that one! A lot of the people I would have loved to meet are no longer present in this world. Only in the past.

Music:

I have quite a diverse love of music; Bluegrass, Old Country, Folk, Jazz, Blues, Rock & Roll, etc... I love all types of music depending on what mood I am in at that particular time. I am a huge fan of classic rock..the stuff that paved the way for so many.

Movies:

I like a diverse selection of movies as well; Comedies, Scary Flicks, Drama and fantasy, any good Cinematic Work!

Television:

I am not real big on T.V. I loved Buffy, Charmed, and Tru Calling but unfotunatley it is not airing any more! I am fond of older television like the Munsters, Sanford & Son, Good Times...Oh all the nostalgia :) I can say that I am sick of reality shows...They have to be the biggest waste of television space known to man. They rank right up there with infomercials!

Books:

I love to read a good book. However, Really haven't had the time lately! I like a wide range of genres..Something that grabs me within the first chapter and leaves me not wanting to put the book down until I am done!

Heroes:

Wonder Woman, Hiliary Clinton for being one strong female, Jimi Hendrix for showing people how the guitar was supposed to be played, Elvis for paving a way for all of us rockers out there, Native American for showing the white man how to survive in the new land thus making it possible to be here today, and on I could go! Al Gore, Robert F. Kennedy, and all those other important individuals that fight everyday to keep our planet clean and habitable. There are a lot of great people who have done so may fantastic things that a lot of people now take for granted.
