Miro Tomsic and Janez Dular were playing through their author compositions on acoustic guitars. Peter Jenic joined them very soon and added some bass lines to a sound of the guitar. Both, the specificity of the cast and the momentary inspiration gave birth to the lyrical compositions of acoustic spirit. These three persons collected their best songs and organized the first concert in the bookshop Goga atrium, in Novo mesto. When Miha Recelj was invited to work with them, in the middle of the summer 2000, Dom za Sanje - Home for Dreams - took rise. In the beginning of 2001 Dom za Sanje recorded its first songs. In summer 2002, keyboard player Jakob Kotnik joined the band and this gave a totally new dimension to music. The band was moving off from acoustic sound. In the beginning of 2003 the song Bumerang predicted a new sound and a new image to the group. Very soon the two songs came out in compilation of Playrecords publisher. In October 2003 the band shot a video for the song Bumerang and the band was no longer anonymous. Dom za Sanje reached top charts, both, on video and radio. In February the band played on ROCKAJADA 2004, where it got 3rd place. Soon the band agreed for Jakob Kotnik to leave the band. The band decides to resume as a 4-member group. For some time they stop giving concerts. As the number of group members changes, they change arrangements. From among the mass of songs they pick up only the voiced ones and go to a recording studio in September 2004. Recording is done in a relaxed atmosphere, in pieces, without pressures and time limits. In October it is finished and in April the band releases its first album, entitled IZREDNO STANJE - STATE OF EMERGENCY.
