Oh the tele, definitely a love/hate relationship. No need to talk about the countless hours of wasted energy. However, I love to watch my sports. (Football and Hockey of corse) I also love South-park, Adult swim, and other silly animated shows. I do enjoy travel shows, (these help me see everywhere I wish I could be!) and shows that teach me something or help to spark thought. We can't ever get enough info in the perspective area. Can't leave out the Web junk, or other comedy shows either.
Although I don't find my self reading enough I do enjoy it. I am not as much interested in the made up stuff as much as the true stories or the ones that could be real. The ones that really seem to take are the spiritual/ancient teachings. Although they are not for everyone, I find them to open different perspectives. Even if you don't always agree with all of the teachings. A book that comes to mind would be, The last hours of ancient sunlight. By Thom Hartmann. In a nutshell I guess you could say mostly mysteries, non-fiction, and philosophy.
