Sevin's (Dez Bogdanyi) venture into music started in 1998 when he decided to join his best friend (David Knox) to record a few tracks. Soon the two began recording original music constantly, growing as both song writers and Sevin as a vocalist. They hit some success performing live in downtown clubs and showcases, as well as some local radio airplay. In 2003 the duo decided to put Sevin in the spotlight as a solo artist, however, the duo continued and still continue to write original music together to this day.Sevin's career has continued to reach new heights as he's just began writing new material. He's landed modelling contracts and has appeard in mainstream ads and posters, as well as continued radio airplay, placing 2nd in the 'Canadian National Songwriter's Competition', has had multiple songs hit mainstream international radio in select European countries (such as Hungary and Italy) and has performed on CBS television is the USA! And all this before his official debut has even launched!
Sevin's Self-Titled Pre-Launch Album is NOW available via iTunes and Rhapsody online stores and features a special tracklisting with rare songs as a thank you to his growing fanbase.
Sevin decided to release some of the material early to meet the demand from online fans, but assures us that the commercial debut will feature new material, revamped tunes and remastered versions of the fan favorites.
And by any means, this is all just the beginning of his story...
