SWAGG is one of the hottest R&B acts in the industry. Hailing from the city of Chicago, SWAGG, formerly Another Choice, has created a mixture of sounds that is way before it’s time. SWAGG members G.A., J. Kizzle, D. Millz, Smoove, and Jre create songs and not just the “flavor of the month†sound. Each of the members are producers and songwriters with different flavors and influences. Their main influences are R&B groups such as New Edition, Troop, The Jacksons, Guy, Jodeci, The Temptations. “We just want to create good quality music without conforming to the ways of the industry as we know it†says J. Kizzle. “We want to do music for the people, at same time take our music and music in general to the next level. We want to show that we’re about more than making it to 106 & Park and TRL. We can do without the Grammys and all that. The greatest reward we can get is to have someone say that they love our music!†SWAGG is currently working on a album to be released in the beginning of 2009 on Mega Jam Records. The album, tentatively titled “N.O.N. II: Reloaded†will be a sequel to the 1999 Another Choice release “Now Or Neverâ€. G.A. states “SWAGG is going to take what Another Choice did to the next level. Everything that’s in us, we’re putting on tracks. All the good times, bad times, joy, sadness, all of it! We’re putting it into the music.†While working on the album, SWAGG will also be filming a documentary about the process of putting the album together. SWAGG is truly trying to bring music back to being MUSIC!
