Mission Statement: FASHION!!! Been very much into soft, frilly refined silks, and bold vintage graphics. Think 2008 will be the year in which my love for textiles will be particularly visible in my wardrobe. Can always do with a little something something from Chanel, Gucci, and Mr.Jacobs. Not necessarily a label whore, but design conscious.BEAUTY: I’m convinced I was put in this universe to help create beautiful things. Be it through writing, design, health and beauty tips and education, relationships; I’m here to help!Fun: Sales at Neiman's and the Salvation Army, old school goth clubs (God, I miss those!), however electro, new wave, indie, and old skool hip hop clubs don't trail too far behind.Guilty Pleasures: Grilled cheese sandwiches at midnight with catsup and Sriracha, very stiff Goose Cape Cods, cream puffs, and homemade churros.....mmmmmmmm, so damn good!!! Parliment and I had a great relationship for 12 years, but we split in Feburary 2005. Was the best thing that ever happened to me.Eating Habits: I'm an absolute carnivore and love a good bloody steak, juicy burgers, oysters on the half shell, authentic Chinese food, a non-rubbery lobster, and sometimes a salad and a good piece of fruit (really, so difficult to score these days) might find their way into the mix if they're lucky.Living Situation: I share my apartment with this very sweet Himalayan kitty named "The Baby", but please refer to her as the "Babette" since she is now considered a young woman in cat years. And I collect an assortment of things: vintage handbags, aprons, jewelry, and fabric, quirky t-shirts, pottery, anything wearable that was once alive (no fake fur here), shoes that look like they could kill somebody (for self-defense), sunglasses (to add mystery), and glasses (so I can see and look brainy), and more handbags (to carry all my stuffs). Goals: To wear all my favorite vintage dresses. Afterall, every day is Halloween....I'm still in the process of developing a t-shirt line, and my new thing now is flannel anything....and of course I still like Damascene and Deco brass jewelry, and jewelry made from healing crystals. And no, not the hokey stuff. Try it before you knock it cause the shit works!Last Words: I love little pieces of history and this could be anything, whether 500 years old or 5 minutes old. I appreciate creativity, style with an edge, art with no pretension, real people, real interests, and basically everything that contradicts my so called love, FASHION!!!
Silly people that love the flea market as much as I do, and come equipped with edible goodies and know gadgetry as well...And I’ve recently decided I like people that: 1. Have a little flavor. 2. Are calm and rested. 3. Have an interest in things creative.

Now reading "Front Row: Anna Wintour" and I hope I'll be even more of a fashion victim when I'm done.
