‘If the Grahams were a gene, they would be dominant.’
-Anon
The Grahams feel they have the best job possible: They get paid to jump around, have girls scream at them, and play music they love. Needless to say – they have become arrogant tossers. But hey, if they are anywhere near as good at music as they are up themselves, then they must be pretty awesome!Unfortunately, they aren’t. But they ARE always willing to give it a red hot go, and every time always try to deliver the most energetic show possible, so energetic infact, that it would knock your grandmother’s teeth out.
Some say this is extreme, but that’s how The Grahams roll, and their blend of punk, funk and rock with politically minded lyrics has seen the eager foursome support the likes of Dallas Crane, Behind Crimson Eyes, Something With Numbers, The Resignators, plus local acts like The Extreme Sprinklers, Circle K, The Roaring Forties and many others.
After a break over most of 2007, October will see the return of singer Wil ‘English’ Ridley, who has been staying in England for the last 6 months. His return is eagerly awaited by the rest of the band, and collectively The Grahams are ready to remind Warrnambool what it’s been missing out on for the last 6 months. Because the only people who love The Grahams more than Warrnambool’s youth, is The Grahams themselves.
