Debut album 'everyday I grow' (2006)
Second album 'The Hill' (2008)
Since NiCad's first album, "Everyday I Grow", was release in 2006, they have been very busy on the road and in the sky. They began with an extensive tour in the country where they all met, the Netherlands. They played in front of audiences made up of less than a hundred to audiences made up of more than a hundred-thousand and they quickly learned how to dive head-first into the D.I.Y. nature of the music biz. After gigging around the Netherlands and Belgium for a year and saving up some money, they booked their own tour for Israel in 2007. This tour was received so well, they were asked to come back in 2008. After returning from their second Israeli tour, NiCad played in the South Holland "Battle of the Bands" competition (GPZH) and won first prize. That was followed by a tour of Germany and France. When they came back home to The Hague in spring of 2008, they released their new album entitled "The Hill", which is getting great reviews at the moment. Recently, NiCad performed with !!! and God is an Astronaut in the Today's Art festival where they ripped out all of the seats in The Hague's symphony hall and transformed it into a rock venue. It was a great show! Currently, NiCad is organizing a tour for Japan and America in 2009.
