My guitars, bass
& mandolin-
Although I rarely
Get to play anymore.
Music,
Reading and writing poetry;
My Camera;
Being near the water,
Horseback riding,
Fishing,
Camping,
And being in the Woods.
I've been accused of being a
"Naturalist"
and a
"Tree Hugger".
I suppose this is true,
And I make no
Apologies for it.
Just call me,
"Simply outdoorsy is all".
Or as my daughter Describes me:
A "Redneck Hippie".
Considering TODAY'S definition of a Redneck,
I'd prefer to call myself:
A Hippie-Chick,
Who grew up in
the Country lifestyle.
The Cowboy's Ten Commandments
(1) Just one God.
(2) Honor yer Ma & Pa.
(3) No tellin' tales or gossipin'.
(4) Git yourself to Sunday meetin'.
(5) Put nothin' before God.
(6) No foolin' around with another fellow's gal.
(7) No killin.'
(8) Watch yer mouth.
(9) Don't take what ain't yers.
(10) Don't be hankerin' for yer buddy's stuff.
Now that's kinda plain an' simple, don't ya think?
Robert Plant = Artistic God

Thank You, Eustace Conway.

Mother Nature
Eustace Conway;
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"I want to maintain
a simple life;
Even if I become famous;
even if I make a
movie or whatever.
I still want to maintain
a peaceful, quiet life
in the forest."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Intellects that aren't full of themselves;
Seniors with a lesson in the stories they tell;
As for the "Man" Hero
in my life;
That'd be my little brother.
I couldn't have picked
A better brother
Or best friend
To grow up with.
Love & adore ya,
"Skeet".
And Thank You to
Bert Speller,
Who showed me
the meaning of happiness.
You will always be remembered as the man
Who gave me a second chance at that
Once in a lifetime feeling.
I'll always love you.
