Comedy, Mac computers(I'm a technical wiz),drums, guitar, singing, reading non-fiction, doing a few "manly" chores around my house, dogs, cats; I especially love dogs, cooking, and completing unsolved quantum physics equations. Just kidding about the last one.
I'd like to me me someday....whoever that is. I'm not particularly interested in meeting famous comics or movie stars. I've met enough of them in my life and haven't found them that interesting. Most are very insecure and weird. Unfortunately, the people I'd like to meet are dead: Jesus, Thomas Jefferson, Ralph Kramden....all dead. I reserve the option to change my mind though. Well, there is one person I'd like to meet....you. Feel free to drop me a line.
I like most forms of music. Gangsta rap would not be one of them. What obnoxious, foul-mouthed crap. Love latin, jazz, blues, R&B, Beatles, some classical.
The original Inlaws with Peter Falk and Alan Arkin, Dances with Wolves, Wyatt Earp, Stripes...oh, there's just too many to list and besides there are new movies all of the time. No more Tom Cruise movies though. He's an asshole.
Real Time with Bill Mahar, Daily Show, CNN, Keith Oberman's show, The American Experience on PBS, Nova, that science show on PBS hosted by Alan Alda, HBO series and specials. I rarely watch major network shows, and can't stand so-called reality shows, and yes, I think American Idol sucks too.
Checkbook,non-fiction titles covering contemporary issues or biographies of historical figures. Latest read is "1776." Misquoting Jesus, When Bad Things Happen to Good People. Also read many magazines. I love the ability to go deeper into subjects than television will allow.
Thomas Jefferson, Jimmy Carter, Lee Wulf(You might know him. He invented fly-fishing and about a dozen other things). There are many others that I admire but don't rise to a hero status to me.
