Started years ago recording on kereokee Machies, with a Dr.5 beat machine making casette tapes. With the aid of Krush-A-Man/ K-Sias and Jaka-Man/ Juise, Advanced to the digital word of technolgy. And dropped their first Under Ground C.D. in 2003. "NITTY GRITTY" "STILL BURNING". Featuring: Mr.Cri-CRIGH, and KRUSH-A-MAN. since then each artist has been working on their solo projects, but do to sertain complications have been delayed. During Katrina the Nitty Gritty Artist lost about 37 songs, with features from all over "L-Town"(Laurel M.S.) and else where. Like "N.O." "G.O.A.T". "Frank Niddy". "Crack City". "Fat Head". "Lil P.J." and more recorded by "Kill-a-Man/HoJoe". And another pause took place on recording. Then The "Nitty Gritty Foundation" blazed another Disc. "STILL BURNING" vol2. While in the process of finishing up recording on this albumb, Word hit that someone was claiming to be beefing with sertain CRUDDz and was also claiming to be the leader of A crew called "Nitty Gritty 430" Two separet crews that are Blood Kin to each other. "Nitty Gritty Foundation". & "4.3.0." This person also stole and defaced the first Nitty Gritty album by putting his face in the center of the photographic role call found on the Disc itself, in the center. Where the "Take-A-Sip". logo should be. And made a pittifull attempt to dis BOOGIE and KRUSH-A-MAN on a track and in between these attempted disses said "F*ck "CRI". he also drew a lil ugly a** picture of I guess his self holding in his hands the bleeding decapiated heads of Boogie and Krush. And he also did and said a number of other wack bytch made things. So "Take-A-Sip CRUDDz" released "Bombing On" - "West Side T.A.P.- OUT" In what seemed like no time at all. (The Hood Says they Love it. And that "Bug" had to do that album cover). Then, they finished up "STILL BURNING"vol2.....
