Get Your Own! | View SlideshowHilltop was born in Chicago,Il. Sick and tired of the poverty and crime on Chicago's infamous southside , his young single teenage mom sought an escape. Along with her 3 children moved to the nothside of Milwaukee,Wi only to find the same lifestyle waiting for them when they arrived. As an escape Hilltop found ways of expressing his anger,joy,struggle, and hustle thru music in junior high school . He sighned on for every talent show available and won consistently. He and his friends eventually went on to start a crew of young talented mc's, singers, and producers called Cataclysm. They went on to throw partys, perform shows, and put out mixtapes . Frustrated with the lack of oppurtunity Milwaukee had to offer up and coming artist, Hilltop moved to Atlanta,Ga where he has lived for the last 7 years. Carrying the torch of Cataclysm in one hand and the flag of Milwaukee/Chicago in the other he's been putting it down in the dirty south!!! Having lived in the south all of his adult life its affected his music and is a soulful blend of hip hop lyricism with a blend of southern bounce !!! With no further ado GRIND GLOBAL proudly presents to you MARTEZ HILLTOP !!!!!!!!!!!Album coming soon !
