About Me

Team Spencer is the umbrella under which I write/release songs or musical ideas. On this page you will find tracks that have been written and recorded with my current band "avidfan", also on http://www.myspace.com/avidfanuk and http://www.avidfan.net, as well as songs that are more of a solo effort.
The idea is to frequently upload songs that are either complete or in progress. Currently there are three songs online:
1. Fishy Mistress.
This is an AvidFan song recorded on 23rd September 2007. Ben - Vocals, Bass. James Young - Sleazy Guitar, Backing Vocals and Drum Programming
2. All I Wanted.
This another AvidFan song recorded on 23rd September 2007. Ben - Vocals, Guitar. James - Bass, Drum programming
3. Inish is a Fish
Recorded sometime in 2004, this song is a one take, guitar and vocals song recorded on a walkman that had an in-built mic on it
Other Info
Basically like most people interested in writing and recording music, I am my own worst enemy. Whilst I have several decent ideas, they rarely make it all the way to a complete song. Recently I have been trying out new things to keep it interesting: I drum in a band called "Canary Wolf" (http://www.myspace.com/canarywolf).
