You haven't lived until you've had your food pre-chewed by a robot...

About Me

i am a founding member of Twinhead Theatre and Performance Group, an Atlanta-based collection of actors, writers, directors, and other general mischief makers who are devoted to bringing fresh, original, and bold event-oriented live performance to our local scene. This year has been a big one for us, and we have been producing more work than ever before. Since January, you may have seen our CAKESIT or LOADED GUNS. We also participated in Susan Lori-Parks' 365 PLAYS, and are the resident theater company for the 'LATE NIGHTS' at the Academy Theater in Avondale. Oh, and I danced my ass off in YOSHIMI BATTLES THE PINK ROBOTS at Eyedrum. Wow. Writing it all out makes me realize why I'm usually so tired.i'm also a waiter. of course.Come see me next in: Another night at the Academy Theater. June 2. 11pm. This time i'm directing and am in CRASH.LAND.FALL by Deisha Oliver, and we're also remounting MAMA HAS GLAUCOMA AND DADDY'S A POT OF BOILING WATER. It'll be great! Then, Twinhead's SHAKE-N-BAKE, which I am proudly directing, is our stab at Shakespeare in the Park, only totally fucked up and inappropriate. You should come see this drunk or stoned. it's meant to be viewed that way....SHAKE. BAKE. get it?....We'll bring the Shake, you bring the bake. This show is June 8 and 9 at 9pm. It's in Cabbagetown. And then, finally this month, June 10th will see us restaging THE EROTICISM OF COMMUNISM at Mary's in East Atlanta Village. For those of you who didn't see it, you really must. It's a throbbing, nudity-filled sight to behold. We're doing it for the Atlanta Southern Queer Indie benefit, MONDOHOMO. this group is awesome and we're proud to be working with them. So, yeah....Twinhead's going on five years now (!!) and I am proud to say 2007 has been our strongest yet.
