Well, music, music and then more music. Also, most sports, esp. football, rugby and urban sports. I do also like just another small squidge of music, time & other constraints allowing.

well I will listen to almost anything, but subject to the following conditions:1. It has got to come from the heart.
2. Ideally, it is describing a real-life situation.
3. Simon Cowell (or similar) must not have had any involvment in it.
Movies:
LOTR, the matrix trilogy, Dune, Mission Impossible (or similar escapist themed styles) and anything with a good story to tell.
Television:
Constantly fighting my poxy 80gig sky+! I like game shows, sci-fi, and nature/history programmes.
Books:
Right now im more into photos than books, but as they say, a picture is worth a 1000 words. So go out there, capture everything that makes you tickle, groan, scream or even the mundane. Just shoot everything, coz at the rate everything else is going, it'll be gone in 10 years for 1 reason or another.
Heroes:
In Music: Fabio & Grooverider, LTJ Bukem, Massive Attack, Tricky, Roni Size, Chemical Brothers, Brand Nu Heavies & Gilles Peterson.Elsewhere: Einstien, Plato, Steve Jobs and other, warped, geniuses. Along with every underdog who took the breath of this and other worlds!
