Click here to make your own!I can’t sit here, lie and say I grew up in the slums and I’m some hard -nosed gangster, or I sell weed to the hommies on the block. That ain’t me. I just rap what I live. With over twelve mature years in the game, I know my lyrics and swagger is better than over 90% of the hip-hop artist. I’m on the grind and ready to bust the door open. Get ready for Triz!!!Some call it conscience rap. Call it what you want but there’s no argument if it’s hot or not. Triz found the perfect solution to what the game needs, ‘Be Himself’. He’s from the south but with having more of a universal flow, it allows him to capture the attention of everyone weather from the east or west, male or females, black or white, your kids or even your grandmother, if she likes hip-hop. With over twelve years in the game, he’s had the time to work on perfecting everything in his craft from his recording skills and stage presents, to a swagger and style that can’t be taught or paid for.Triz was born Arthur Miller III on September 10, 1980 in Memphis, TN. It wouldn’t be until fifteen years later when we would be graced with the presence of Triz. He stared out as Triz-A which was slang for Tre, (he was the 3rd in generation) and later became known as Triz not knowing that triz is know to stand for ‘the theory of inventive problem solving’. How claver, now the world has an answer. At a young age he moved to Chicago where he lived for three years before moving back home to Memphis. Like most of today’s stars, he got his start in church. With many dramas, dances, and musicals, these things were used to orchestrate his performance; how to hold a crowed, how to put on a show and captivate an audience with intense flavor. In 1995 he connected with some young men at his church and form a group call W.A.R. Klick which stood for “We Are Revolutionariesâ€. From the time period of 1996 to 2005, the group impacted the world with there unique style before growing apart.All that brings us to the present and the future of hip-hop as we know it. This well-defined young man now is a solo artist with a new project entitled ‘Not Cocky, Just Confident’ which will take you for a ride from crunk, to love, to just real life situations. As an artist, not only has he done shows throughout his hometown of Memphis, he has also traveled domestically to places like Arkansas, Mississippi, Georgia, North Carolina, Colorado, Oklahoma and internationally to Venezuela, Brazil, Trinidad, Tobago and the Bahamas. During his career, he has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with such artist as;
Master P, Angie and Debbie Winans,
Kurtis Blow, Members of Three Six, Trinity 5:7,
Mase, Members of Junior Mafia, G.R.I.T.S,
B.B. Jay, Canton Jones and many more.
He has blazed the stage at many festivals such as the ‘One Fest’ and different organizations like the Tupac Foundation and the Holy Hip-Hop awards. He has also had radio play in Memphis and Atlanta and the number of fans across the world trough Myspace, shows, and word of mouth can not be accounted for. Acting is another bug he has, involving himself in new stage plays.What’s so unique about this actor - rapper - speaker is the ability to also be promoted in the Christian realm of music. With what they call a conscience flow, and being himself, it allows him to be real with the youth and share life with them.
