She is described as the “The one to watch in Holy Hip Hop†by Memphis’ Tri-State Defender and Labeled an “Awesome live performer†by Grammy Award-winning Gospel Producer/Musician Jason Clark. The author of the newly coined genre “Alternative soul†and a singing, songwriting, acting dynamo, she is none other than Radiance. Her eclectic sound is composed of a Maroon Five-is pop/rock with sultry vocals reminiscent of Jill Scott and a pinch of Mary J. Blidged hip-hop “that never stopsâ€. From clubs to church houses her infectious tunes have lured the ears of the masses throughout the United States from Los Angeles to Detroit to Atlanta and everywhere in between. Her passion is spreading the love of Jesus Christ and challenging the world to know a Savoir who longs to be known by them through her message of her lyrics. She rocked the city of Memphis in 2004 at the Annual Juneteenth Music Festival and was a repeat invite for the past four years. She was also one of ten semi-finalist chosen in the 2004 Kraft Gospel Music Talent Search sponsored by Mary Mary. She was a featured artist on the 2005 Free Your Mind Tour and the opening act for Praise and worship sensation John Reddick and Epiphany as well as Holy Hip-Hop acts K-Drama, Ryan-Daniel, and Caleb Tha Bridge. In 2006 she traveld and performed on the Women Who Jam Empowerment “Twelve City†Tour sponsored by NABFEME, The National Association of Female Executives in Music and Entertainment, as an opening act. She was also the headlining performer for the 2006 Faith Convention held at New Growth in Christ Christian Center in Memphis. She traveled to Los Angeles, CA and ministered her gifts at the 2006 Dare 2B Different Conference at New Christian Village Center. In Nashville, she performed for the “Ladies of Soul†Concert hosted by Holy Hip-Hop/Spoken word duo Platinum Souls. Her latest album credits include background vocals for Will Graves and Soul's 2006 "Valentine" Single Released on Soul Classics 103.5 FM Radio, 3PM music group’s hottest artist rap, Caleb Tha Bridge’s single released on Power 99 FM “Move ya Body†and Rogue 8 Entertainment's Six-Four's Album track " I Owe You". This bright up and coming mogul/recording artist/actress is currently working on her new album under her Memphis based independent label, Rogue 8 Entertainment, to be released late Fall 2008.
