The Core Motivation that guides me through life is "Peace." This is not referring to a political agenda or the absence of war. It is, however, an absence of inner conflict, much closer to the idea of serenity, and an acceptance of oneself and others. I have a strong and compelling need to keep things in balance in my life so as to maintain an internal feeling of tranquility and comfort. Cartez, seeks independence and requires kindness, especially from those with whom you are in a relationship. You resist confrontation at all costs. (To you, feeling good internally is even more important than being good.) I am quiet by nature, process things very deeply and objectively with great clarity. Cartez a good listener. He respects people who are direct but recoil from perceived hostility or verbal battle. he needs his"alone time" and refuse to be controlled by others. Cartez wants to do things his own way and in his own time. He ask little of others and resent others demanding much of them. I am probably much stronger than people think, but are not often seen for my strength because I don't easily reveal my feelings.Chapter 3Now lets talk more about his personal life. Man its kinda fucked up when your in a situation to where you dont have a lot of options to choose from. We'll let me put it to you this way. Cartez Dee'Shae also known as Demetrius Harvey grew up struggling for a minute trying to make ends meat as a kid. Scraping up change just to get bread and nothing to go with it and having a choice to either go outside and play with the kids in the neighborhood that was so confused on who they are because of what lifestyle they lived in. Cartez thought of something that can benefit him in the long run. Like sitting in the house trying to come up with a song to write or draw. Thats the difference between confused and knowing what you want in life. Drugs and shit wasnt for me at the time. He figured if he play it the safe way, then I wont get involved with the cops. But Cartez was too hardheaded. Now you can get yo ass in a lot of danger living in St. Louis. Cartez considers if that if he goes to find trouble, he could build his credit up on the street. However, he already earned stripes because of who he is. Cartez learned the hard way for being hardheaded. Cartez ended up catching a burn from the barrel. Wasnt much of nothing, but it woke his ass up. Some cats like Cartez, a laid back cat who wants to do the opposite of everything. Cartez made a commitment that he will never quit being hardheaded. Now thats what i thought about the man. But he thought different. Cartez figured that if he stands his grounds, he gets more respect like that. Cant stay in the house all the time i guess.Chapter 4Litealy beatin the hell out of a man, showed everybody what type of character he has in him. Cartez put a different face .. his uncle died when he was about five years old. Still wet beghind the ears. But he still knew a lot and managed to remember the thngs his uncle said before he died." Put enough knowledge in your head", so that once Cartez grew up, nobody could stop him from doing what he does best. That was the closest thing that he had in his heart. This man made Cartez the man he is today. An entreprenuer, a focus factor, and a soldia. Just enough stripes to put on his shoulders. At the age of 13. Cartez moved to Evansville, Indiana. He became a qhost to everyone. Noone would hang out with Cartez because of what he wore,looked, and so on. unless they want me to do something for them, he never had friends. But that shit had to stop. So he stopped trying to make friends and did what he did by his ownself. Unfortunately, Cartez finally came out of his shell and just didnt give a fuck nomore. He started selling and transporting cocaine...................................yea he keeps that shit to his self............besides it dont matter cause HE DIDNT GET IT FROM THE VILLE...........HA HAHA........YOU THINK HE HASNT DID TIME. YOU THINK HE DIDNT GRIND FOR HIS MONEY. THIS MAN IS A GENIUS WHEN IT COMES TO SECRETLY ACCOMPLISHING SHIT. But sometimes people fall down and get back up all because of the Lord Almighty. He had to find out the hard way and ended up doing 2 do 1 in the state pin. That made him turn heads. Now that his focus is on a different grind. Cartez Dee'Shae has made a name for himself.
