Thanx for taking the time to read this. First of all, I make everything in my power to achieve a goal,if so, I can accept the outcome either way. I cannot accept not trying.When I 'm introduced to someone or I meet the individual myself my first words are 'nice to meet you'.I m'not being polite there,I 100% mean that.That means I 'm outgoing, always looking forward meeting new people different than me.My mentality is always positive .Whenever I 'm in conflict with someone, there is one factor that can make the difference between damaging my relationship and deepening it. That factor is attitude.We cannot change our past. We cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it.We are in charge of our attitudes.Most women think that I 'm arrogant and cocky,the few that gave me a closer look found that was not the case. Now about why I m training .What we face may look insurmountable. But I learned something from all these years of training . . from all those sets and reps when I didn't think I could lift another ounce of weight.
