Catch-22 and Nineteen Eighty Four are the two best books EVER!! Also love anything by Roddy Doyle, the Football Factory trilogy and Human Punk by John King, Porno by Irvine Welsh, Awaydays and Outlaws by Kevin Samson. The Da Vinci Code is overrated. Best recent non-fiction, Gangsters and Godfellas by Henry Hill, El Diego by Deigo Maradonna, Mr Nice by Howard Marks, Travels With My Radio by Fi Glover, the autobiography of Fr. McDwyer of Glencolmkille, Manslaughter United by Chris Hulme, Down and Out in Paris and London by George Orwell, A Drink with Shane MaGowan by Shane MaGowan and Victoria Mary Clark (You can bet it'd be a big one), Cosa Nostra - A History of the Sicilian Mafia by John Dickie, A Secret History of the IRA by Ed Moloney, For the Sins of My Father by Al DeMeo, Pelé's autobiography, Around Ireland with a Fridge and Playing the Moldovans at Tennis by Tony Hawks.
