I create, therefore, I AM! And I share a birthdate with Georgia O'Keefe, how cool is that?

About Me

I am your average, everyday guy, married with three kids. Art is a part of my soul, as is music. However, I can create art but I can't carry a tune or read a note. I am good with kids and I have a big heart. I consider myself an intellectual and always strive to see both sides of any argument. Having been called both shy and extraverted, I tend to confuse people. I like to have a good time. Used to dance a lot but not much time for that anymore. Anywho, this is a brief glimpse of me.
PS. Hey I didn't come here for dating or relationships. I'm married. I thought I could come here and hang out with some cool people like myself on the web and just shoot the breeze. And NO, I am not interested in paying to see anybody's damn webcam!!!! Well I am a pretty good guy, a good listener, insightful, and sometimes even freakin' hilarious. I'd hate for you folks for miss out.
I have a portfolio page at:

Self-Portraiture

Its strange how I love to take pictures of other people, especially the ones who are timid or shy about it or don't like pictures of themselves. And yet . . . I hate being in front of the camera! When...

Science Fiction anyone?

I came across this item in a comic book forum I frequent called HeroTalk. A young film school graduate by the name of Donovan Vim Crony has drafted a concept for a new science fiction universe. There'...

First, from the outset, I must qualify everything I am about to say with "in my experience". This is MY blog, hence MY interpretations. Other people experiences and knowledge might lead them to differ...

Moonflowers

I was introduced to "moonflowers" by a friend of the family who is an avid gardener. Last Fourth of July, we gathered at her and her husband's place for a barbeque. In their backyard, there were these...

Train tracks to where?

There has always been a certain amount of romanticism about train rails since their creation. For centuries, they meant a kind of life's blood to the widely dispersed communities to which they connec...

A Theory that Conspires to make you think

From a solo laymen's perspective, it seems to me there hasn't been many definitive medical breakthroughs in recent memory. Most of the major cures that were discovered have been several years in the p...
