Founded in early 2003 COMMANDO started as a kind of side-project of Braunschweigs Metalcore-Outfit A TRAITOR LIKE JUDAS. After the first steps it turned out that COMMANDO was going to play a more tougher and a more hardcore-related style than ATLJ does, without lacking a modern touch. Soon a couple of songs were written and COMMANDO stepped on several stages and shared them with bands like YOUTH OF TODAY, THROWDOWN, GIVE UP THE GHOST, 25 TA LIFE, DEAD STOP, OUTBREAK, HEAVEN SHALL BURN, TERROR, MAROON, ZERO MENTALITY, TEAMKILLER and a lot of others. Even two european tours were done to spread the word of COMMANDO.
In the meanwhile our drummer Phil was replaced by Matze, who played drums on our recordings which were made in early 2005, but came back in summer 2005. COMMANDO´s first MCD called "Not your business" has been released in July 2006.
