Paris, January 2006. An 8-Track, beat-box, guitar and bass; Dan Klein sets about recording the first demo tapes and launches a MySpace profile: Vismets project is born (at least virtually). Upon his return to Brussels, Dan undertakes the pursuit for musicians. It will last six months. Six Months to find the ideal line-up.
Brussels, October 2007. In the midst of rehearsals for their first concert at the Botanique, the line-up will finally consist of three members: Nicolas Collaer (drums), Anthony Klein (guitar & keyboards) and the front-man, Dan Klein (guitar, keyboards & vocals). The success of this first public appearance will confirm the three founding members of the project.
Their music? : “A baroque electro-rock frenzy.” No boundaries nor defined style; or rather definitive style. Vismets music is in constant evolution: nomadic, brutal, primitive and innovative. Their first EP was released in January 2008. This 4-track title is distributed exclusively at concerts and is available online (iTunes with physical copies via website), offering a first taste before the release of the full-length album, due late 2008.

Paris, Janvier 2006. Un 8 pistes, une boite à rythmes, une guitare et une basse, Dan Klein enregistre les premières démos et crée un Myspace: ça y est, le projet Vismets est né (du moins virtuellement).
De retour à Bruxelles, Dan se met à la recherche de musiciens. Ça durera six mois. Six mois pour trouver le line-up idéal.
Bruxelles, Octobre 2007. En pleine répétition pour leur premier concert au Botanique, le groupe sera finalement composé de Nicolas Collaer (batterie), Anthony Klein (guitare & claviers) et le front-man, Dan Klein (guitares, claviers & voix). Le succès de cette première date soudera définitivement les trois membres du projet.
Leur musique? : “Un rock baroque éléctro barré.” Pas de frontières ni de style défini; ou plutôt définitif. Le trio Vismets se veut en constante évolution, produisant un rock vivant, nomade, brutal, primitif et novateur.
