Family, of course, but then making - and listening to - music, recording, composition, keyboards (gear lust...I do try to control it...honest...), writing lyrics.Lead male vocalist and keys in the rock band, Touchstone - see www.touchstonemusic.co.uk - my second family...Sport - not particularly sporty, but running - first thing in the morning - sun rising esp at Spring time - fantastic

Gladiator Star Wars - all of 'em Shrek - top banana Spiderman movies - hell, I grew up on Marvel comics - what d'you expect?

Television:

Dragon's Den - hilarious Spooks - wonderfully OTT Vincent - Ray's the man... X-Factor - again - hilarious, great entertainment - some great acts rise to the surface....eventually ....

Books:

The Da Vinci Code - I know it's v popular but doesn't detract from the fact that it's a rocking good read.

Heroes:

Musically: Tony Banks, Elton John, Rick Wakeman, Peter Gabriel, Keith Emerson - I'm sure there's more..but never enough time...
