About Me

Hello!My name is Sherry and I am married to my best friend, who I met through good old AOL almost 6 years ago! We have been married for four years and have three wonderful children. Two of which we adopted through Catholic Charities our third who we were recently granted private guardianship for. We have had him since he was 2 months old. We also have four cats (Frieda, Munchkin (passed away 12/26/06), Pebbles, Tigger and Destiny) and a huge Golden Retriever (Mags). ~Yes, we have a household full! My Interests

I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy Ebay (buying and selling~ Sherrys*Shack*Of*Bling*N*Things~ come on in and check me out!) cats, reading, creative writing, music, movies, and sports. I also have a major interest in the supernatural. Gotta love the Richard Crowe tours in Chicago! I love to do as much as I can and have fun doing it!

I'd like to meet:

I would have loved to have met my husband's mother. She passed away when he was only ten years old. From all I have heard about her, she really sounded like a wonderful, strong and courageous woman!

Music:

I love all kinds of music! My favorite would have to be Bon Jovi. Other than that, I also like to listen to: Aerosmith, Luther Vandross, Journey, REO, Mariah Carey, Anything 80's, Oldies, R&B, Motown...pretty much, you name it, I am bound to like something by that person!

Movies:

Movies...well now, let's see...I really love a good, scary movie, but not too many of those exist anymore. If anyone can recommend a good, scary movie for me (that I haven't seen!), just let me know! I also enjoy watching pretty much all types of movies for the exception of action...not too much into the action type.

Television:

When I find a tv show that I like, it always seems to get the ax, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that the shows that I name will remain on tv for a long time! Shows that I love to watch are: Bones, House, Supernatural, The Medium, Ghost Whisperer, According To Jim, Everybody Hates Chris, The Closer, That 70's Show (although, this is its last year) and most Lifetime movies.

Books:

I love to read! Usually, it is anything by John Saul and V.C. Andrews or books that come highly recommended. Any suggestions???

Heroes:

Hmmm...as for my heroes~aside from my parents, which is a given, I would have to say my husband, family and friends for always being there for me when I need them most, and for having the strength to put up with me when I am at my most difficult (this is geared more towards my husband!)
