Kajan whose birth name is Brittney Varmall was born on September 14, 1987 in New Orleans, LA at Charity Hospital. She is the second oldest of three siblings. Kajan was influenced by New Orleans based rap duo the Ghetto Twiinz. She began writing rhymes at the age of twelve while in Junior High School. Throughout her teenage years she continued to write rhymes. While attending Southern University of New Orleans in her second semester she decided that college wasn’t what she wanted to pursue. Family members and friends doubted her ability to make it in the music business, but this was only motivation to the very determined teenager.
Kajan began studying the ins and outs of the music business. In June 2006, Kajan released her first mixtape entitled “Ready or not.†This mixtape created a huge buzz for her in the state of Louisiana. After studying the music business for several years, Kajan decided to start her own record company Battleground Militainment named after her neighborhood. She has released her second mixtape entitled “Here I Come Vol.2â€. She is letting the world know that she is on her way.
Kajan has high hopes for her future in the music business. She plans on taking the rap game to another level, doing the unthinkable. She wants to be a successful artist and ceo.
