About Me

Hi! We are the Nealeys, a family group, who started singing together, as a group, in 1992. We have had many singings throughout the eastern states over the years; however, we would like to expand our listening audience because we feel God has given us a great testimony and talent to carry His word through song and message. We currently have four cd projects available, with most of our songs written by members of the group.Up until April 28, 1998, we traveled as a live instrumental band. We played such instruments as rhythm guitar, keyboard, bass guitar, drums; other than family members, we had a steel guitar and lead guitar musician. Now, we sing with minidisc tracks, occasionally playing live music. On April 28th, our drummer and beloved son/brother, Terry Nealey II, was killed in a car accident. This tragedy changed our lives forever. It was absolutely the worst thing our family had ever had to face. We could not sing or preach, we went off the road for awhile seeking help from God in dealing with this loss. God brought consolation to our hearts that we would see him again, and we found our greatest strength with the family of God. We drew our strength from staying in services where doors were opened. We know that the blessings flow from obedience to Christ. That is why we try to work consistently to win souls, wherever we go to minister, in song or message. We hope to encourage people through the message of the songs we feel are anointed by God and lived through our experiences. God bless! For singing or evangelistic bookings, contact Rev. Terry Nealey. 501 North Lewis Street, Tabor City, NC 28463. (910)653-2927

My Interests

Music:

Band Members: Terry Nealey-Lead Vocalist and Guitar, Robin Nealey-Piano Vocals, Princess Nealey Nayle-Bass Guitar and Vocals, Tara Nealey Graham-Vocals, Burroughs Graham-Vocals, Kandi Nealey Wallace-Vocals
Influences: We owe our foremost influence to the late great country artist and our father/grandfather, Robert Leon Nealey. He was a legend in his time, and he passed down a legacy of musical talent to the Nealey family. He was maneuvering his voice in unheard-of ways before our second greatest influence came along--Kenny Hinson. We heard a young man on the radio who sounded like Robert L. Nealey. So, we went to check out the Hinsons in 1985. That was the night we would never forget. Kenny Hinson inspired us. God gave us the talents to fulfill our desires and callings to minister in song.
Sounds Like: Country/ Progressive with just a little spice!
