Who is Von Pea...Von Pea is a native Brooklynite, born in Ft. Greene (literally) and raised in Bed Stuy. Always been seen as the quiet dude, but i make noise N my own way and that has lead me to where i am today. Right after graduation i had to get on the road and tend to my other life...my secret life! Nope, no cross dressing (haha) im talking about my...profession? Hip Hop.
I'm a former flash-in-the-pan DJ turned MC/Producer BUT WAIT! im not just some myspace rapper...shoot, this isnt even a music page. If you want to hear what i do you can go to my groups' myspace page. My music has taken me all over the country (hopefully the world soon), i've been in damn near all of the rap music magazines , we've been voted one of questlove from the roots' top 10 albums of 2006, our video got played on mtv jams, done shows with ghostface, de la soul, big daddy kane, DOOM, little brother, lupe fiasco, and so on...we won an award for best video this year, won this contest in las vegas and beat out like 6500 other artists, and the best is still yet to come. We're still not rich though haha...
Anyway thats me on the surface, in no way is this biz easy, its actually a pain in the neck, but its the life that chose me so there it is! Right now im working hard on a various number of projects so *beep* leave a message...
