Found a passion for music by meddling in my dad's cold collection of records & tapes. Knew I wanted to have an involvement with music as soon as I heard "Flashlight" by Parliament Funkadelic. Although dubbed as one of the Greatest Funk Bands, their eclectic wardrobe, hair, & personalities had me captivated. So i would grab remote control like a mic and rock whatever gibberish that would come out. So of course I had the drum sets, keyboards, & tape recorders any kid would have infatuated with music. Used to make my own mix tapes recording the nightly countdowns using the pause and record method. (Real heads know)Really my influences can't be summed up here nor in the bio itself, so I wont attempt. Honestly anyone who've I've even had a conversation about music first and foremost. That's an inspiration in itself knowing that you can touch that person with your own creativity. Next it would be all the artists that I honor and respect. The producers I strive hard to emulate. Marvin Gaye, Pete Rock, DJ Red Alert, Sugarhill Gang....etc. The list goes on and never stops.As far as my music its something new, raw, maybe even edgy at times. Not necessarily trying to reinvent the wheel, but mostly wanting to carry on tradition. The soul drenched sound is what I long for coupled with hard hitting drum patterns layed by the "fingers". My music could be considered as one of the 5 missing pieces in this hip hop puzzle; and if you didn't know my crew has the rest. Logic For Beatz....bless
