As a band, Ripped ImPrints was created late January 2003. At that point, they were only a 3-piece band, vocals: Jon Sheola, Guitarist: Alfredo Ortiz, and bassist: Adam Balchan. Struggling to find a metal drummer, bass player Adams second band at the time, Scars On Down, drummer, Tyrel, was a definite choice. By March 2003, Tyrel Bernard, was the 4th and final piece to the puzzle, and Ripped ImPrints was complete.
Now having all the main ingredients to create good metal, they created song after song. When Ripped ImPrints played their first show, it was a small club dying for metal; a club called Dock Street Bar & Grill in Staten Island, New York. No one knew who they were, but they tore the club apart! Respected for their sound and skill, Ripped ImPrints was, and still is, a force to be reckoned with. Dominating almost every show they play, they still wanted to step it up a notch. They fused heavier, faster playing, an intensive performance, and incorporated different styles of music, such as, death metal, hardcore, a touch of melody, and raw, talented metal.
The band has progressed and matured alot over time, but they stay true to music. With low tunings, a unique sound, impressive skills, and an adrenaline rushing performance Ripped ImPrints are foreseen as a kickass metal act, and a band that has a spot in the future of metal.

Shit that was said about us:
Ripped Imprints: deathcore in your face, these guys melted the stage, burned the dance floor and vomited pure metal as the pit pulsated with the rhythms of distortion and growling tones.
