The Oddity Troupe is probably, no definitely, the best band to have ever existed. Inspired largely by the New Kids on the Block and Vanilla Ice, they have sprawled forth as one of the worlds largest media empires.
Touring Europe and Asia in the early stages of their career, they quickly became household names; licensing songs to major Japanese advertising firms and German motivational speakers. This provided the seed money to purchase not only Abby Road Studios, but also the better half of Hollywood. Both Warner and Sony offered the Troupe major record deals. Both offers were rejected, mostly because they were not nearly major enough. Sub-pop invited them to tea and El Penguino died of laughter, god rest his soul.
Recently active in activism they fight to abolish corporate taxes and institute a global monarchy. Their lobbies against fair trade coffee and rainforests were successful and now millions of South American and African bean farmers are forced to log the remaining trees. Thank sweet jesus for blessing Starbucks!
Currently they are working on a new album, which prior to its release has outsold the combined total of every record ever made and matches the GDP of the USA.
