Entertainment is going to have music of all varieties, such as hip/hop, R+B, rap, pop, reggae, spanish reggae, salsa, merengue, bachatta, jazz and soul. J.A.R. Entertainment's music will be brought to you by some young kick ass D.J.'s, young and very sexy and very hipnotizing bartenders. I'm the Owner/President/CEO of J.A.R. Entertainment and for now we will be promoting clubs to establish my name then we'll have a division that trains bartenders and security, soon after we'll have our own clubs up and running and last but not least we'll have a RECORD LABEL DIVISION. Miracles happen everyday. Sometimes ppl see them, sometimes ppl don't. Some ppl believe in them, while others don't. In my case miracles are a common thing. The miracles in my life started the day I was born. You see while my brother was ready to be born a month early, I wasn't. At the time my brother was being delivered, I was suffocating in the womb. The doctors had to do an emergency C-section to get me out because I was just mins from dying. Some how the doctors with some CPR saved my life. Then from that time to the time I was 3yrs old, I basically lived in the hospital with chronic asthma. As an infant I was kept under close supervision because my fever was constantly between 104-106 degrees. I suffered with chronic asthma all the till I was 12yrs old. Any kind of cold would become asthma with me. Till this day I remember how on so many nights my mother would stay up all night long taking care of me. Every hour she would wake me up so I can drink a glass of juice/water. Finally at the age of 12 I got tired of suffering from asthma. So I started to work out, play sports and drink a lot of orange juice. My mom would get so angry at me because everytime she would buy orange juice, I would drink most of it...lol. Till this day doctors would tell me that there was no signs of me ever having asthma. Usually when asthma would go away, there would always be little signs of the asthma still being there. Then there is the time where I fell down the steps of the capitol building in Washington DC while on a class trip. For those of you who ever been to the Capitol would know how far those steps go down. To my surprise and the surprise of the teachers I only escape with just a minor ankle sprain. Lets not forget a pounding headache from my head hitting those steps so many times. I became a bartender at the age of 21. Around February of 2002 I met this girl that I fell deeply in love with. The only thing about her at that time was that she didn't want me to be a bartender so I joined the Air Force at the end of April of that year. Around the end of basic training in June I proposed to the love of my life. Also at that time it had been 10yrs since I was sick last until I woke up in the middle of the night with sharp pains in my chest. I ignored it and went back to sleep till the drill Sargents got us up to prepare for another day of workouts. As we were cleaning our dorm I started to get weak, so weak that the other recruits told me to stop and just get dress and they will take care of my duties for me. As we lined up to eat breakfast I started to get extremely cold. When we sat down to eat, I just kept putting the food to my mouth only to drop it back on my tray. Then suddenly my body started to tremble and shake because I was so cold. One of my fellow recruits went and got a drill Sargent. He came up at me yelling "Are you playing with your food, what you don't want to eat. Your not really sick stop bullshitting. (Man I wanted to bitch slap that fool. On top of that on one of the few days they actually lets us grab a snack I couldn't even eat that. Because man there food tasted worse then hospital food...lol) They finally I found out that I had hypothermia because of walking viral pneumonia. On that day I almost died, almost froze to death with my body temperature around the 65-70 degree mark. Then 6weeks later I was just about over it, except for the fact that everytime I moved my chest hurt. Again I found out that due to the pneumonia that all my organs in my chest except my heart was swollen. The doctor told me that if my heart were to get swollen to I could die. So they gave me an honorary medical discharge to recover. Then when I got home from the military I found out that my so called love of my life cheated on me and blamed her cheating on me was because I left. Then a couple of months after I got home from the military on Nov. 9th of 2002 I became the head bartender of a new club called The Emerald Lounge & Night Club. In January of 2003 the owners promoted me to Manager of the Night Club. I love bartending but managing was so much more fun. It was also 20 times more stressful and when you add in the amount that I drank I was 23 looking like I was 30. In sept after I had turned 24 I got several offers to manage other clubs for 3 times more than what I was currently making. With everything that was going on in my life around that time and the fact that I didn't feel ready for the more responsibility I would have running one of those other clubs I decided to take a year off from the industry. In Nov of that year I decided to finally take my year off to recover and learn more about the industry. Little did I know a year became 3yrs because a couple of weeks before my 25th birthday I broke my back due to overworking myself working two full time jobs. In the beginning I wasn't able to walk due to a herniated and bulging L5-S1 disc and a broken L4-L5 disc. The broken L4-L5 disc is causing me to have permanent nerve damage from my left knee down to my ankle. I also have tremendous pain from my lower back going completely down both of my legs to my toes. I went from weighing 155pounds to 240pounds. After 8months of just wondering what had happen and not knowing what to do, I started to try to walk again. I began swallowing percocets and vicodins like candy so I could just walk a few steps a day. After a while a few steps became me walking for a 5mins, then 10mins and so on. Today I am able 2 walk for an hour and a half till my legs completely give out on my and I also drop my weight back down to 165. My doctors till this day don't know how I am able to walk without any kind of surgery. They understand that I walk with a tremendous amount of pain everyday and tell me that at this time that they and myself cant afford to have surgery because I am able to walk. They tell me that if I were to go through surgery that I definitely wouldn't be able to walk because of the broken piece of my disc being stuck in my nerve. When I first got hurt and wasn't able to walk I began to think about why had God spared my life on so many occasions and about the girl that I had left behind at the Emerald Lounge & Night Club. I spent so many days and nights wondering to myself what was it that I'm suppose to do in my life that was so important that God made sure that I was still alive and not being in a wheel chair. When I began to walk again, I used my past near death experiences as well as my love for the girl from the emerald lounge to give me the strength to walk. I had decided then that I wasn't going to let all those chances God had given me not to go to waste. I realized that in my adulthood that everytime I left the entertainment industry I almost died and/or broke my back. I realized that whatever I was suppose to do in life had to do with this industry. I owe it to God to find out whatever it is that I'm suppose to do and do it. I cant afford to let him down because of all the time and effort he put into guiding my life. Also I have yet to find that girl from Emerald Lounge and figured that she was just another way God had help me get through a rough time in life. SO GOD PLEASE CONTINUE TO LEAD THE WAY AND PLEASE CONTINUE TO GIVE ME THE STRENGTH TO GET THROUGH ANY OTHER OBSTACLE THATS STILL IN MY WAY. ALSO GOD I THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE.
