If you already know me then you know I am quite funny, cute, straight-forward and pretty much an all around great person.
I am down to earth, I love my family and friends, I am a straight up news junkie, I have great friends and love me some basketball!
I am a fun, energetic laugh out loud gal who enjoys sports and a Margarita every now and then. I am not interested in being around negative people and I pride myself in my positive vibe. Always looking for the positives in life! I am not looking for love online necessarily, but I am looking for new experiences and new friends, who knows what else may happen. I work a lot but I have fun too. I need people around me that understand important things in life like the Color Purple, Mary J. Blige and Dwayne Wade :)
Most folks that know me realize that I am eager and independent, classy, very outgoing and need to be around people who will have fun at a party if I am by their side or not. I love to entertain, but also love to be entertained, I love a good party!
A little more background: I am an Army Brat, I grew up here in Houston and in Germany. I was born in New Bern, North Carolina and graduated High school from Mayde Creek in Katy ISD. I also went to Sam Houston State University in Huntsville where I got my Bachelors in Radio/Television (that sure did pay off) I love my royal blue: proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc, Fall 95!
I work at Fox 26 in Houston as an Assignment Editor (pretty much the person that tells the crews where to go and what to do, well kinda, I coordinate the coverage and make decisions on what we cover and how we cover it)
I used to work at KHOU and also at KOTV in Tulsa Oklahoma.
My mom and dad are still married after 35 years...I have two brothers who I loooove... Steve and Julian (one older one younger)I have a sister n law who is fabulous, Tanya, and my niece Aubriel is the greatest!
My best friend, Nikki (Devorha) has my two God children, Taylor and Tahj, they are too cute!
That is plenty, you can write a book just from that info!
Love this quote:“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.†-Marianne Williamson ..
