About Me

Family: I have a great family life. I have a wonderful husband, whom I married in May of 2007 and THE most adorable puppy, Coconut. Hobbies: Music has always been a hobby of mine. I play acoustic and electric guitar, 4 and 6 string bass, a little piano, some hand percussion instruments and I sing a little. I have also taken up cycling this year. Currently my husband and I are training for the 2009 MS 150 (biking from Houston to Austin). Life: I currently work as a lab assistant, go to school, and am working on getting into a teaching program and get certified. Eventually I want to start my own charter school. I also work as a wrangler for Rowdy RuffRider, the mascot for the IFL's Katy RuffRiders. Other than all that: I am a Christian and I depend on God for all things in my life. I enjoy listening to music wheter it be live or on the radio. I love NPR and talk radio, too.

Depends on my mood. Sometimes I enjoy classic movies, like "Breakfast at Tiffany's" or "Singin in the Rain". Most of the time I like a good mystery/suspense movie and movies with a supernatural element to it. Also Vietnam movies, like Full Metal Jacket, Good Morning, Vietnam, stuff like that. The Golden Child is one of my favorite comedies.

Television:

I've been pretty hung-up on Stephen King the past few years. That's all I read at the moment. I need to ready my Bible more. It's good stuff!!!!
