These days I'm riding horses, mostly on long trail rides through the woods, though I have been preparing for local "playdays" and basic rodeo competition, (barrel racing and pole bending), which I'll be starting in February. My horse's name is Sundance, and he's a good match for me.
I wanted to ride when I was a kid, but I never had the opportunity. I'm so fortunate now!
I believe in a good diet, and mostly subsist on fresh fruit, which I snack on all day. Dinner is usually a moderate portion of steak and rice. Something high in fiber for breakfast. Multi-vitamin. Extra Vitamin C. Lots of ice water and steamy green tea.

My first novel is in the submission process, and I'm waiting to hear back from several prospective agents. I've done a whole lot of work on the sequel. Write and wait...
I love life and try to get something new out of every moment. The common response to a "how are you?" inquiry to which one answers, "Same shit, different day" is by far one of the more depressing phrases people use in conversation.
Um... I can shoot a gun like no one's business, and I love target practice, and my gun(s).
