French Pastry is pretty amazing. Out of all the things I learned in culinary school, Cakes and Chocolate were my favorites. I have a background in costume design and construction, and have been making my own dance costumes for the past year. I really dont have much time for anything but dance, work, my boyfriend, and my dog. I squeeze in reading on the train from Jersey to NYC every day.

I am mildly addicted to suspense/thriller/mystery type things. Currently, I am reading a lot of Harlan Coben. I dont know what I'll do when I finish all of them. I have to ration his books, because I tend to read them in one day.
