I'd like to meet:
Insofar that I started this myspace journey-I have gotten in touch with people from the clubs i've gone to, Junior High, Highschool & College(s) that I attended--but where is everyone I went to Elementary School with??? I know you're out there, so what are you all up to? :) I'd also like to find some of my childhood hooligans where I grew up (Upland, CA) because we had some good times making clubs and all those other silly things young girls do---so it would be interesting to see where everyone ended up. Oh-and all those Mary Ward Hall peeps [the 'college years'] from the 2nd and 5th floors--don't be bashful-i love hearing from old friends!
Where it all began:
Recently, myspace put me back in touch with the (then) girl who started my fascination with photography. The image below is circa 1994. The medium was 400 iso film, and modifed later in Microsoft Image Composer [

Radio Worth Listening to:
In California:
College Radio-free from the formatting restrictions that all the 'big' radio stations have toadhere to.
Midori on 94.9 and the program "Big Sonic Chill" on late at night.
"Metropolis" on 89.9 hosted by Jason Bentley-this man has been playing good music--andI'm talking waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay before KROQ caught on and hired him for their "AfterHours" show on Saturday nights. KCRW is where it's at.
Tom Lykus on 97.1 and his "Lykus 101" provides a wealth of knowledge to men and women alike...
In Hawaii:
So far it's 90.3 [KTUH] for my college radio fix...and 101.9 (similar to kroq on the mainland) for my mainstream itch which doesn't happen too often.
Also on occassion a dance station comes in on 101.1 but it's so irritating to hear a kewl song that is fuzzy. yikes-a.
See...now not all radio sucks; just the majority of it does.
Movies:
5th Element
City of Lost Children
Doom Generation
Dark City
Equalibrium
Gladiator
Hudson Hawk (my twin and i adored this film growing up..along with Drop Dead Fred..YIKES-a!)
Liquid Sky
The Mummy Returns
The Nightmare Before Christmas
The Princess Bride
Television:
Animal Cops
Absolutely Fabulous
Coupling
The Guild
FarScape
John from Cincinatti
The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy
gotta love a show that has the cartoon version of me--the old me n e ways...
Little Britain
Pushing Daisies
Modern Marvels
X-Files
Millenium
Monk
Scrubs
I use to be obsessed with everything on HGTV...but now i have no garden :::tres triste:::

Heroes:
Strange - is it not? That of the myriads who Before us passed the door of Darkness through, Not one returns to tell us of the road Which to discover we must travel too. [Horace]
Oh, life is a glorious cycle of song,
A medley of extemporanea;
And love is a thing that can never go wrong;
And I am Marie of Romania. [Dorothy Parker]
