Ive been working with one Great Brasilian Pastor for over 15 years. And so I became a Christian Missionary to Brazil and went there almost every year throughout that time. From a strong bonding with a Nation I wrote two songs for and about Brasil. The Title Track, BDJ is written in both ENGLISH and PORTUGUESE. The second song CADE O MEU CAQUI?, though titled in Portuguese is written in English and I believe makes a strong statement of HOPE and LOVE for BRASIL! They are as sincere and REAL as they can be! I hope all Brasilians will look to God and love him! As well as my own United States and the World!!! LORDSBERG is GOSPEL ROCK! My title however may yearn for a bit of Explanation! When I was about 12 years old, about the same time I received my first New Testament, KISS was just really coming into its prime! And so was I! Up until that time I was weaned on Conservative Hebrew School and Charlton Heston in the Ten Commandments which made a lasting impression on me about the Greatness of God! ( TIMEWARP ! ! ! ... To THE SEVENTIES ! ! ! ) . . . (MegaLon's Barmitzvah 13th Birthday) For my friends and I growing up unguided for the most part on the Hard Rock streets of the Bronx we were fully enveloped by the KISS era! And of coarse all the Great Rock current at the time. Which to name a few bands were Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Queen, Black Sabbath, The Who etc. However it always seemed that I never loved them just quite as much as my friends did. Because I always loved God, and as young, naive and stupid as I was, I always knew that many ideas, beliefs, and views portrayed by the music was offensive to God! Nevertheless we did Rock! About the time I was emerging out of my Hard rock experience in the late 80s. When I gave up Heavy Metal, to become a Christian Missionary, Megadeath was in its prime. And I was the biggest Judas Priest/Ozzy Osborne fan anywhere!..Now I am mature enough to make the spiritual translation of the ideas, spirit, and persuasions of the KISS era! Such as..Have as much sex with as many girls as possible! Only the beautiful ones are important! Take the virginity of as many girls as possible! Get drunk because it makes you feel better! Etc. The Translation.. Take the most valuable thing any woman can have and dispose of it! Have no thoughts about God or what he wants! Defame souls! Use people and do the opposite of what Jesus says!.. Needless to say I've made it through some very evil and dangerous situations! But what brought me through it? What or Who??? The Gospel of Jesus Christ! And even the Lord himself! So you see?... It was the Rock that I was raised on! And the Lord and his Gospel kept me safe as a child and brought me through it all! And the Great Power, Fun, Excitement and every good thing about Rock and Roll really belongs to God! And God has his time! Go ahead!!!... Let them make idiots of themselves! Let them use His things and exhaust their lives in what they want against Him! Because all those things that are His will be His again! And all those will tremble and fear and expire in the face of all that is His! He is Jesus Christ King of the Universe!!! And his Word is Gospel! And I am the Godson of Gospel Rock! Raised on Rock and Protected by Gospel! But YOU can call me MegaLon! And so one of the great missions of The Godson of Gospel Rock and LORDSBERG is to offer awareness to those lost ones in difficult times unaware of the realities of the evils in this world! And to help awaken even those who think they know but are deceived!
