Hello, my name is LMT Phillip S. Andrews Jr.. I would like to thank you for taking the time to get to know me better and to learn more about Massage therapy.For the last 6 years I have been enlisted in the U.S. Army, retired from Ft. Campbell, Ky. as an Chaplain Assistant. While living in this area for the last 4 years and loving my surroundings I have decided to call Kentucky my home. I am a single father with 2 wonderful children, a daughter, Lydia, and a son named Phillip.While serving over in Iraq I had a lot of time to contemplate what my futrue would be when I left the Military. The one thing that has always been a part of my being was to help others. Being a single father I needed to focus on a career where I could help others and still be a Dad full-time. I have always had an interest in the medical field, so my choices were a health nutrionist, or a massage therapist. During my last year of service I attended Miller Motte Technical College and earned my degree as a Massage Therapist. Having graduated this year and retiring from the military, I am now on my way to a brighter future helping others, teaching others, and applying myself for a new career.I chose Massage therapy because I felt with all the stress in the world, this would be comforting in so many ways.
