DARLING fascist bullyboy, Give me my money you bastard

About Me

•i often fall in love with guys in old black-and-white world war II photos.
•i like to untangle things
•i enjoy being lonely sometimes
•i like cheap chocolate and cheap sunglasses
•i also like airports, good music+interstate highways, the MoMA, strangers who wave at you while passing in boats, old people dancing, subways, late night fancy-dress champagne & tap dancing parties with marcie to george michael, old factories and rundown warehouses, fortune cookies, swimmies, the first cold day of the year, the first warm day of the year, the smell of pine-sol, eating cheeseburgers while drunk/hungover, and matchbox cars.

THE GLORY DAYS

My Interests

....Painting... drawing in my sketchbook...champagne and david mueller... surfing... traveling anywhere... british detective novels circa 1920's... The Young Ones...buying house plants and then killing them...I am not at all interested in pancakes, changing the oil in my car, or answering my cell phone.•••••••••••••••••• •••••••••••••••••••• ••••••

•••••••••••PAINTINGS FROM MY LAST SHOW •••••••••••••••••••• •••••••••••••••••••• •••••••••••••••••••• ••••••••••• sold 'em all. looking for inspiration...new paintings will hopefully follow.

I'd like to meet:

•farmers, industrialists, tycoons & taxi drivers
• the funky bunch.
•myself when i was 5

Music:

•hotwater, 80's british stuff...
...the guy who stole my ipod out of my back pack was probably really disappointed...but then he probably deleted everything and filled it up with micheal bolton christmas carrols and books on tape about "How to be an F'ing Douchebag"
by the way, i know it was you, you schmuck- the guy working at the island passage on bald head island on saturday mornings, in feb. '05. burn in hell. you and the guy who stole my computer back in '02- and the guy who punched me in the face and stole my purse down in savannah. i really don't like people who steal things.

Movies:

great expectations, one crazy summer, muppets take manhattan, waiting for guffman, best in show, drop dead fred, garden state, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, proof, little miss sunshine, the royal tenenbaums, rushmore...tons more- i'll put them in as i think of them.as for so-incredibley-bad-they're-fantastic:
mio and the land of far away -and cabin boy.

Television:

the science channel...thanks for the cable bob.
band of brothers...Rome (on HBO)
UPDATE:
bob took away the free cable cause we didn't go out to dinner with him enough...ah well- there's better things to do.

.. width="425" height="350" ..

Books:

Most of Hem's short stories, especially Snows of Kilamanjaro (sorry ty i still like hemingway)•••••Great Expectations•••••••Catch-22 & The Portrait of an Artist as an Old Man ( joseph heller) •••••••••• Lust For Life ••••••••••• Forever ••••••••••anything by f. scott fitzgerald or edith wharton (due to my obsession with all decades past). •••••••• Edna St. Vincent Millay ••••••••• Raymond Chandler ••••••••••i also think i may be in love with Charles Bukowski even though i hear that when he was alive he wanted to beat up raymond chandler ••••••••PLAY THE PIANO DRUNK LIKE A PERCUSSION INSTRUMENT UNTIL THE FINGERS BEGIN TO BLEED A BIT••••••••••••••••••• •••••••••••••••••••• ••••••••••
i'll read just about anything, good or bad, w/ one exception: i can't stand mary higgins clark because of the way she describes her heroines casually eating while getting to the bottom of things. she ALWAYS does that. its always something like: "Dominique grabbed the leftover tuna tartar from the fridge, and sat down at the table. Spooning it onto a bagel, she quietly munched on her supper and mused about the way O'Banyon had abrubtly exited the party last night."

Heroes:

my dad, my brother, and my dog

My Blog

i misspelled cigarettes...

third day, no smokes...i keep dropping things.

Dirty Pete vs. Bingo Beaver

Dirty Pete muttered to himself as he glanced over at the slightly oversized baby-doll arm that had been grafted onto the crusty fur of his shoulder. A high-pitch sigh escaped from the damp, crisp fur ...
