Piet Shaw & The Revolutionary Theatre

It's a thin line between a looser and a star...

About Me

TheRevolutionary Theatre is a non-profit project which brings together musicians and creative people from adjacent fields (artwork, video, audio and web design, etc.), who express their musical and cultural diversity in jointly producing a record.Although focused on the creative project rather than on a "mission", the Revolutionary Theatre frequently points to social and political wrong. Its powerful and positive soul music wants to reach people in the whole world. The idea of the Revolutionary Theatre was conceived by its founder and musical director Piet Shaw while talking to the founder of the Theatre du Soleil in Paris: "Her unshakeable belief in art made me realize how much you can achieve with little means if only you want to and if you are truly convinced of it."This conviction is at the heart of the Revolutionary Theatre. It makes something great come true without large financial means and massive equipment, solely through the dedication, energy and belief of all those involved.Piet Shaw would like to express his deeply felt gratitude for the dedication of all those who have played a part in the Revolutionary Theatre up to now. You know who you are!
