Part B-girl, part R&B Diva, part Rock Chick... she presents a contrast that invites and beguiles, but in the spotlight, she can quietly disarm you with her presence, under the glare, below the crowd, beneath the music, you can definitely hear this soul.MyLUV's music can be described as a mix of hardcore Hip-Hop beats, with the most dulcet of soul tones, sprinkled in with some electro rock breakbeats, an eclectic blend of sound that sets the scene for the stories her songs tell. Love lost, love gained, life's mysteries, joy & pain, writing and producing her own material & working with various producers, she paints a picture of life's landscape, conjuring images, which unfold cinematically onto her audience.MyLUV's musical journey started as a child. She sites her father, a professional musician, as a key source of influence and inspiration. The music, that was always around, whether it was her father jamming with his band & fellow musicians, or the different variety of music that would be played in the house, spurred a love of all things creative, from art, dancing, theatre and to writing. As she grew she developed her craft, evolving into an accomplished performer with numerous projects and shows under belt, with each new experience taking her one step closer to realising her musical dream...A new year brings MyLUV much to look forward to. New projects, new horizons, new stories to tell.
