Well, it all started when Jason and I were sitting in the chemistry study hall at SFCC. We looked up on the wall and saw an awesome poster that said "Biotech Universe," and we thought that would be an awesome band name. So then we decided to start a band called biotech universe with minimal music experience. And then when we told our good friend Dan about it, he wanted in...so we let him. He was in the Air Force at the time, but luckily he put "the Man" in his place and left a succesful career as a linguist to be part of this totally awesome unique sounding band. And thus, Biotech Universe was transformed into "Biotech Universe and the AWOL Airman." And now we are all hard at work(not really) to turn this band into one of the worlds most famouse myspace bands of all time! ...that's about it.
