About Me

Vapor’s music pushes you through doors with their signature arrangements. Trevor emphasizes, “On the surface our songs may feel familiar, but you soon recognize the different musical approaches that we’ve created and you find yourself involved on a whole new level. Daryl says that the unifying aspect in all the songs is the humanity and relevance the band expresses in its lyrics. We don’t want to discuss the same old, tired rock cliches in our music.Vapor’s shows are the most important way to bond with our audience. “There’s a depth of emotion when music is created live which cannot always be felt when listening in a car,” Rick explains. “It’s not easy being a touring band, but this is our life and our passion.“Their notoriety as a group began in the summer of 2000, when they were picked out of hundreds of bands to showcase at Houston’s Engine Room and by Farm Club to do a feature on the band. Vapor’s popularity has allowed them the opportunity to do a live interview on 94.5 The Buzz in Houston (4th largest Modern rock station in the country) where they had several songs showcased on The Texas Buzz Show.www.vaporband.com
