About Me

I was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. With both parents from Nigeria, I was exposed to a totally different lifestyle. Trying to balance their culture with the streets of NY, I created myself. I created a strong minded, determined, goal oriented individual. But being the youngest of four kids wasn't always a bed of roses for me. Try getting 3rd generation hand-me-downs, in the 8th grade. And how dare I question it, when I should just be grateful that I have clothes on my back. But what kept me focussed was my goal to succeed, then leave. I knew that one day I'd reach the top...but how?! Sure, I got my share of A's in school, but I was never the 'book type'. Most things just came to me as common sense! Honestly, I havent read a whole book in my life! With that being said, I questioned, "where am I heading?!" I asked myself this everyday. Sometimes I'd even lay there for hours staring at the cracks in the ceiling, hoping that God would care to care. Not knowing how to voice myself anymore, I turned to pen and paper...and the rest is history. It evolved from poetry into rap. After years of writing and rapping, I decided to be on the other side of the mixing board. I slowly got into Engineering...and that evolved into Production. I've had many influences from Nigerian music, Pop, Reggae, Rock, Jazz and Old School Hip-Hop. I guess thats where my unique sound comes from! Currently, I still Rap and Produce, but Im slowly venturing into the business side of things. I have my own label... AfriGang Ent. , and we're coming for the crown!
I created my own profile using nUCLEArcENTURy.COM and you should too!
