PRESENTATION
Depuis sa création en 2005, la musique d' In Arkadia n'a cessé d'évoluer vers un style thrash death mélodique efficace, débordant de rythmiques puissantes et tranchantes, porté par des mélodies et des solos envoûtants.
L'alchimie musicale d' In Arkadia est récompensée comme étant "la meilleure réponse française à ce qui se fait de mieux dans le style" cf. Metallian mars 2007). Après un franc succès de leur premier album "Release the shadow" et plus de 5000 téléchargements de leur premier clip Delirium Tremens , In Arkadia reprend la composition pour livrer à l'hiver 2007 un nouvel opus plus tranchant, dynamique et plus groove que jamais.
BIOGRAPHIE
In Arkadia est né de la fusion de deux groupes Lyonnais, Catalyst et Lunarmony.
Emporté par Jocelyn à la voix heavy/lyric puissante, le groupe prend rapidement une direction heavy metal thrash. Des le début 2005, In Arkadia propose une première démo « Shadows in Vein ». Celle-ci ayant permis la promesse de contrat avec le label fraîchement créé « Metallic record », In Arkadia se met en chantier pour composer son premier album.
La promesse de contrat n’ayant pas été respectée, In Arkadia décide néanmoins de continuer et d’auto produire son album appelé « release the shadow ».
A la fin 2005, une voix thrash succède à une voix claire, Jocelyn quitte malheureusement la barque pour des raisons personnels et c’est Theo (guitariste, compositeur du groupe) qui le remplace.
L’album sort en août 2006, grâce à 100 pré ventes d’albums en France et en Suisse qui ont permis au groupe d’obtenir le budget nécessaire à l’impression.
L’album est un succès auprès du public et les critiques l’accueillent avec ferveur.
In Arkadia enregistre en novembre 2006 son premier videoclip sur la chanson Delirium Tremens. En réponse à l’excellent travail du Studio F.K , qui réalise le videoclip, c’est encore un succès pour le groupe. Delirium Tremens est téléchargé dans le monde entier grâce à internet.
Après une série de concerts, In Arkadia finit les derniers arrangements de leur futur album « Dystopia ». L’enregistrement est prévu pour Août 2007.
In Arkadia est à la recherche de label pour des licences en europe.

INTRODUCTION
Since its creation in 2005, In Arkadia's music kept on evolving towards a thrash/melodic death metal style, with its powerful razor-sharp rhythmical parts, along with great melodies.
The musical chemistry of In Arkadia has been rewarded as being "the best French band of its kind" (cf. Metallian March 2007). After a clear success of their first album Release the Shadow and more than 5000 downloads of their first music video Delirium Tremens, In Arkadia began to write the music for the second album that will be released in fall 2007. This album will be more extreme, dynamic and groovy than the first one.
BIOGRAPHY
In Arkadia was born with the fusion of two French heavy metal bands, Catalyst and Lunarmony. Lead by the heavy and melodic voice of Jocelyn, the bands quickly turns into a mix of heavy metal with a touch of thrash metal. As soon as early 2005, In Arkadia releases a first demo: Shadows in Vein. Having gotten a record deal promise with the newly created label Metallic Records, In Arkadia began writing the music of their first album.
The record deal promise having not been respected by the label, In Arkadia decided to produce their album themselves, named Release the Shadow. Around the end of 2005, Jocelyn leaves the band for personal reasons and Théo replaces him as a lead singer/rhythm guitarist/songwriter with a death/thrash metal voice succeeding to Jocelyn's clean voice.
The album was released in August 2006, thanks to more than 100 presales in France and Switzerland, granting the band of a budget big enough to start the printing of the album. The album was a success and was very well received by the critics.
In Arkadia started the shooting of the music video of the song Delirium Tremens. Thanks to the excellent work from the F.K. Studio, that produced the music video, it's another success for the band. Delirium Tremens is downloaded all over the world thanks to the internet.
After a succession of live shows, In Arkadia is finishing off the writing of the songs for their upcoming album Dystopia. It will be recorded in August 2007. In Arkadia is now looking for a label for European licenses.
