About Me

I'm a somewhat normal 18 year old girl. I say somewhat because nobody's completely normal. I write poetry, and I write it from the heart. I know some people will not like what I write, but that's okay. If it comes from the heart then that's all that matters. I love music. I've made it part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up on country music and now hate it. I love hard rock, metal, punk, and anything new and different. I love discovering new bands that have awesome music. I look forward to finding some of those on myspace, and I have found many already, you guys all rock by the way. I'm not a very good social butterfly. I'm very bad when it comes to conversations with people because I'm really rather insecure, especially about my looks. I try to be the nicest person I can be, but I often have a quick temper and when I get mad I say things I don't mean. I'm sometimes self-centered, but aren't we all? I just want people to like me for who I am, not who I have to pretend to be. I used to pretend just to fit in, but now I'm just me. What I say comes straight from the heart. I'm not gonna sugar coat things. If I like something I'll say it, if not, I'll let you know. I'm becoming more and more open to the different types

The Nightmare Before Christmas, V for Vendetta, Patch Adams, Corpse Bride, Princess Bride (love Andre the giant), Phantom of the Opera, Anime stuff (woot, too many to list), Saved!, Spirited Away, Nemo (who doesn't love Nemo!?), Harry Potter (so sue me)and many other random things.

Television:

Um, I love Scooby Doo still ^.^ He's my hero

Books:

First Person Plural, A Million Little Pieces, Harry Potter (so sue me again), um and many other random books that happen to spark my interest. Actually right now I'm interested in psychological issues and the biographies or autobiographies of those with psycholigcal issues.

Heroes:

I'd have to say that would be my friends and most of all Jeffrey. He's my best friend and has been there with me through it all.
