People who perceive showing consideration for another as a strength.
This describes many people already in my life, fortunately.
There's not much in the world of music that I don't get something from.
I am exceedingly lenient with most.

I'll agree with the consensus that much of it is contrived, transparently manipulative, and insulting to the intelligence. But if you are going to keep the thing around for news & emergency wx info, something's going to grab your attention occasionally.
Some of my faves from yesterday, the days of cable and regular watching, were:
Whose Line is it Anyway?
MST3k (during Joel’s reign)
That 70s Show
Curb Appeal (HGTV)
Extreme Homes (HGTV
and occasionally 60 Minutes, Primetime Live, Dateline , etc.
and PBS/OPT every great once in awhile.
New books? I sniff them often.
I am surrounded by them and yet can rarely carve out enough time to consume them from beginning to end.
My choices often center around:
human interest, social science, pop culture, random humor, instructional, interior design, architecture, and fic/nonfic crime thrillers.
They walk among us.
