having been raised between kenya and kansas has given me a different perspective on the world. much of my time has been spent in airports and train stations watching people coming and going, sometimes accompanied by a painful grieving and at other times with the loveliness of tears of joy. that feeling of constantly departing from friends and family, and a whole lifestyle in general, has made me become a very outgoing person always on the hunt for the new best friend; the new mentor; a new inspiration. i love to meet new people and i love the reinvention of the self. i love being slightly directionless and i love getting wasted every now and again. above all, i love freedom; freedom from judgment; freedom from hate; and freedom from constraint.
