I grew up on a farm in Iowa. No really, that's how my story begins. A farm in Iowa is a great place to grow up and a wonderful place to go back and visit. Being on the farm gave me ample time for one of my favorite occupations, reading. Even before I was old enough to read, I was being read novels set in Savannah, GA. Along with reading, I loved designing buildings and when I found out about Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) it seemed the perfect combination.

Jumping ahead in the story a bit, I graduated from SCAD with a Master of Architecture degree and put together a tour company. It allows me to be outside all the time talking about Savannah and architecture. Architectural Tours of Savannah !
